Trip to Nashville (in very brief)

Had an absolutely excellent roadtrip with Chad to see my folks and sibs. Many, many great conversations on the drives, lots of nice relaxing time with the family, and Chad seemed to like the family and them him. Unfortunately, I'm flaring so monstrously today I can barely assemble two words at a time. I'm medicated to the gills and have dragged my ass into work with Chad's assistance (no option; if I'd called off it would've left one person working solo, which would be totally uncool). So here I am, trying to keep myself propped up for the next eight hours. We'll see how it goes.

I like that the tramadol doesn't knock me out. Might be nice if it actually managed to do something for the pain, though. *grump*

I'm slowly working my way through, but I've been such a space case the past week or so. Blarg.

Oh, you might want to check out keelywolfe and i_amthecosmos. They both write a lot of fic in various fandoms (i_amthecosmos mostly writes Adam Lambert RPS, and keelywolfe mostly writes Transformers), and both are just generally awesome women. I've known i_amthecosmos online for years, and keelywolfe is actually one of my best friends from high school.
