re: TMJ. Have you seen a chiropractor? I have a C2 vertebra issue that, when it flares up, makes my fibro worse and pushes (literally!) my jaw out of place.
Also, have you read any of the research on Substance P and fibromyalgia? It seems they may have tracked down the core of the fibro issue, which is terribly exciting. Apparently, SP is eliminated from the body during 4th Stage REM sleep and, when that doesn't happen, it builds up, causing ongoing pain.
