Puppet Lending Library in NY?

Who knew?

Someday I really have to see This. From the article, it sounds like there's also a Puppet Library in Boston, and I've been to the Puppet Museum in Glover, VT.

Why are all my puppets evil? OK, not evil, but I don't have a single cheerful/chipper/excited puppet icon anywhere. I've got Augra, looking crotchety, Ludo, looking sad (could be argued that he's more of a costume than a puppet), Ernie as Satan, and Rygel pissed off. What the hell? I feel a need for some balance here.

For some of us, the answer is because puppets are evil.

I understand that your mileage varies, however. And muppets are not evil, even when they're meant to be.

Not as evil as clowns. Even I've gotta draw the line somewhere. *shudder*

Yeah, and clown puppets are the worst of all. ;)

Just because something is evil, doesn't mean it can't be fun to play with. If it did, no one would have cats.

Snerk.

The one in Glover is amazing. I'm sure the others are equally cool. Why don't grownups get dragged on field trips, anyway?

I think there should be mandatory field trips for adults. It's been a long time since I've seen how paper was made in a paper factory.
