Very quiet weekend.
Jan. 5th, 2007 10:30 amMusicalchaos is still in AL with the folks, Liv's in Canada for another week and a half or so, and Bec76 and Zodarzone are headed out for a con for the weekend. I'm getting together with some coworkers for dinner tonight, but after that it's just me and the pets for the weekend. How odd.
I did talk to a new housemate prospect on Wednesday, after the second part of my root canals were done. I can understand some of the cautions I received from a mutual friend, but I think I can ameliorate those with advance awareness, and she seems like a good fit otherwise. Right now she's not certain she's at a point to be able to move, so we'll see where it goes.
Not much else going on here. I've been feeling really low energy and a bit depressed and maudlin, although nothing major. I'm in a weird headspace about everything sort of being in that "about to start/change" point, without anything much really happening yet (patient-instructing starting up, my job hours changing, Matt moving, possible new housemate, etc).
