at the polls!

Syrinx_77, calebbullen and I are all standing in line for early voting downtown. It's about an hour predicted wait, and the line goes all the way around the block, but it's moving pretty fast, we've already been given donuts, and the weather's fabulous! Tomorrow the household's going to the Obama rally to see Barack and Michelle. Yay! Also, we have a very cool couchsurfer here for the next few days, in town to work the GOTV effort.

(note: ended up being about a two hour wait, total. Not too bad, compared to what it seems like it is in some states)
