Wow. Really?

Happy Birthday to my brother jajy1979, who is, if I've figured it right, turning 30 today! Holy shit. That doesn't seem possible. James, I'm glad you're in my life and on my side.

And you know me well enough to know your present's going to be late, right?

I'm not liking what I'm seeing on the national weather forecasts. Really not. Especially since I'm supposed to be flying to Albany tonight, and then heading up to Maine for my tattoo appt. Here's hoping my flight actually leaves, and does so relatively close to on-time.

Whew.

I've been multitasking madly all morning, and it's making the storm-triggered headache worse, but I think I'm finally almost entirely caught up on the to-do list (and have managed a pretty damned good day of regular work so far, too -- most calls in the office). Still waiting for a fax from my mortgage person this afternoon, but my inbox is down to 10 items, everything else is done and prepped and replied to and good... Maybe my brain will stop spinning now.

So far so good on my flight tonight, though...

I didn't mean to plan tattoo travel and house-buying and high-intensity dating (I posted a personal, and that always makes things weird for a few weeks) all at once... Remind me not to do it again. Oy.
