I slept longer last night than I have in weeks, including a period of at least six hours straight, which is really rare for me (I usually sleep in increments of 1-4 hours at a time). I'm feeling a lot better physically as a result, and may end up spending much of the rest of the day (excepting my little brother's visit) doing more of the same. As a result, will only be online intermittently, catching up on emails and the like. Feels like the hypomania may have finally broken, which is good. Still feeling cheery and great about life, because life pretty much is great right now, and still likely to be posting a good deal on the filters, just at a somewhat slower pace that allows for more of actual life to be happening in between.
