I just wanted to suggest that you purchase some stick cinnamon. It's small and can be carried or generally handled like a cigarette and is not toxic should you chew the tip a bit in frustration, which I did. Many times. ;) I have not had a cigarette in weeks, after smoking for 17 years and though the cinnamon isn't a cure-all, it's certainly helped the 'busy hands' thing. Best of luck.
