So, with all 126 slots filled for userpics, I've been having trouble finding what I want when I want. So I came up with a naming scheme to apply more thoroughly (I already used one for many of my icons). By the category names I chose:
7 "Activity"
3 "Food"
7 "Geek"
27 "Identity"
7 "Media"
3 "Nekkid"
9 "Pets"
11 "Politics"
27 "Reaction"
3 "Science"
21 "Sex"
A lot of them aren't perfect fits, and quite a number could be in more than one category, but at least I can find things now. (Edit: Did some more rearranging, and there is no more "food" category, but I really can't be arsed to recount everything)

A lot of them get used in a variety of ways, though. This is mostly about making it simple to find them.
This on is under "Identity", for example. Because I usually use it to represent the nature-loving side of myself.
