Studio apartment in Tremont

As I said here, there's an apartment for rent on our property. Well, which apartment has changed, since our upstairs neighbors are getting an extra housemate and moving into the front apartment that's now available. This means that what's currently open is the studio on the third floor of our building. I'm not sure of the exact rent, but this one is attached to the fenced backyard, and we'd enjoy having someone else with a dog, particularly. Everything else that I already said about the neighborhood in the first post still applies, obviously.
