First of all, med and health update stuff

So, partially stuff from FB yesterday, partially expanded notes and new info.

First of all, did go to ED (emergency department; can't refer to them as ERs anymore after so much time in hospital IT support; it's habit). I'm home again, things are basically ok, more on that in a bit.

As a result, I'll start with that part of things first, and then go backward, instead of arranging chronologically like I would normally tend. This post is on the ED stuff and concerns about possible thyroid issues.

Sex filter is back, and opening Facebook franchises!

I've now got a custom filter going on over on my Facebook as well, so you're welcome to let me know if you'd like to be added there. I'm going to mostly try to keep the same posts in both locations, as much as possible.

Libido surge recently, so it's about to get all porny up in here.

So, before I tackle big long topics like trees and masturbation (no, really, that's a big long topic), I'm going to ease my brainmeats in and just rave about my new toy.
