Oh, hell... that's Scrapple the Wonder Dog from Joe Christ's films.
For some reason, I seem to periodically forget that Nancy Collins is married to Joe Christ.
The films disturb me. A lot.
But I've got a soft spot for animals, so hell I guess I'd best go help the little guy out.

Agreed. I love weird and disturbing movies. Cronenberg and Lynch are great.
These movies mostly made me want to douse my brain with bleach.
Seeing the image of Scrapple brought back some memories I was really hoping were gone for good.
