Seems like a good, safe whine-free topic.

I've been on a big run of SF/F fluff recently, coming down from a slew of hard SF and non-fiction a month or two ago. Right now I'm mostly working my way through the Chrestomanci books by Diana Wynne Jones (young adult fantasy), and filling in the time between library visits with random stuff from my and bec76's collections.

i'm leaving you a message here in case you check this first. some of the escorting emails wandered into my spam box. i thought i was supposed to start escorting tomorrow, but my name's not on the schedule. i'm also available either the weekend of the 22nd or the 29th. ;)

No problem -- I hadn't scheduled you because I hadn't received available dates. I can put you at the Center tomorrow, and at Preterm on the 29th; that way you'll get experience at both places this month (I'll be at Preterm on the 29th, too). Casey's the lead at the Center tomorrow, just let her know I added you to the schedule at the last minute. Start time at the Center is 8:30am.
