Wow, that's going to be tricky...

The most dressed up I get is normally to go to work (business casual in whatever all matches and doesn't require ironing), and I don't think I own any makeup anymore except coverup for random zits.

I think I'm a nudist because I'm lazy and fashion-illiterate *grin*
I'll come up with something that suits the general concept, though!
